Neither Talent Network nor any of its employees, agents or consultants warrant that the Services will provide you a modeling or acting employment agreement or referral to any agency or entity that will provide you with further employment in this field.
The Services are provided solely on the basis that you will be responsible for making your own assessment of the matters discussed. The Services are limited to give you advices and guidance from professionals that have been working in the field of modeling and acting.
Our Services are offered in good faith and any instruction or assessment made during any interaction you may have or will have with us or our consultant(s) should not been seen as “final say”, but as mere advice. It is your responsibility to seek any other appropriate opinion from other professionals in the field if you disagree with the outcome of the Services, including coaching sessions, photos, book etc.
You hereby waive any actions or claims against Talent Network, its agents or consultants for any loss or damage of any kind which you may feel you have sustained as a result of the Services.
